Shipping & Returns

Postage

We offer the following shipping options for our customers:

~ Standard delivery, with tracking 3-5 days, for a flat rate of $9.50.

~ Express delivery, usually the next day, for flat rate of $12.60.
We recommend express for all Boobie Bickie orders.

~ Delivery within 4km radius of Southbank 3006 for a flat rate of $4.95.

~ Tea samples are shipped for free, simply select 'Sample Postage' at checkout.

~ Customers can also pick up from Southbank 3006, or Coolaroo 3048.
Contactless pick up from Coolaroo on Mondays only. I'll be emailing you to confirm pick up date, time and address, so please keep an eye on your emails.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from The Organic Lactation Co., you may return our teas in its original, unopened condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from delivery.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt. Customer is responsible for the cost of return. Refunds will be made against the original payment method.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of our Boobie Bickies. If for any reason your not satisfied with your bickies please reach out via Instagram or our Contact page & we'll be happy to help you.
